Why(and how)Do We Write This Shit?
A common question asked by visitors to the site.
" Why? "
Well I've tried to explain in the past and people have asked another common question.
" What the fuck are you gibbering about? "
So how best can I explain the ramblings which cover this site like a big blanket of comedy?
Well sometimes when I get bored I do
strange things such as watch the tv, read or go to the pub.
from these acivities I gain a huge amount of inspiration.
Anyone who say's that comedy is hard to
write...
Disagrees with me.
Take for instance Cream 2.
The title is simple and usually the first thing I come up with. Taking the piss out of a title is simplicity it's self.
Next I looked at the associations between the title I had created and the original film ( Scream 2 for all those dumb shits out there), There were none.
Damn it.
So now I go for the absurd vote.
A tub of Elmera. That's cream, and it kills people, that's scream.
All the other gags are based around the films plot and most importantly, for those who haven't seen the film, the trailer.
Whatever you write needs universal appeal.
So what are you waiting for? Get writing.
